In case you missed it, we’re having a before and after transformation contest for a FREE INKnBURN tech shirt.
While many of you have been fit-for-life, that’s not the typical story. We want to see the pictures of those who used to eat nachos for breakfast along with a current photo of your “trained up” physique.
The person with the greatest transformation will win a free INKnBURN tech shirt. Email your photos to orders@inknburn.com. To be fair, I’ve posted my before picture when Taco Bell was my favorite aid station. Yikes!
230 lbs but a 5 handicap on the golf course! Blood cholesterol 225 and a resting heart rate of 80 bpm.
In this photo, we were entering someone’s house for a Christmas buffet. I ate the serving bowls.
It was nice of my triathlete wife Lisa (with that hairdo, the Bride of Frankenstein?) to hold me up for this shots. I had a tendency to fall forward.
While we’ve had many submission, here’s Team INKnBURN Larry Goddard’s entry. Do you have the feeling he’s just trying to win a free shirt?
ELIZABETH
Wow, look at Elizabeth sitting on Sir Dylan Thomas’ lap at 230 lbs and then running her first marathon. What a great transformation and a testament to what drive and resolve is all about. Way to go Elizabeth.
GERARD
Gerard lost 180 lbs. and in doing so went from a 56″ waist to a teen idol waist of 28″. Gerard’s quote sums it up. “I got into ultrarunning and now I can’t imagine not being active! I’m happy.”
INKnBURN’s OWN KIRK FORTINI
Why did Subway use dorky Jared and not studly Kirk? From Supersize me to Super Model “talk to my people,” Kirk proves that anything is possible. Too bad he used Richard Simmon’s Deal a Meal and Sweating to the Oldies to loose the weight but, it worked.
JULIA
OK, are these two photos even of the same person? We’re going to need to see some ID! Julia transforms from the average girl next door to GoSmart spokes model of the decade. Kirk, knock it off.
