Our program includes not only the best designed and highest quality shirts, but also offers professional and unique editorial coverage guaranteed to take your event to the next level.

Below is INKnBURN’s Race Director “Integrated Shirt Program.” This is a per shirt, flat rate offering that includes:

1.) Moisture-wicking tech shirts featuring CoolFit, with an added antimicrobial treatment. All fabrics are 100% polyester with a soft feel and brushed finish.

2.) A mix of men’s and women’s shirts in a variety of colors and sizes.

3.) No set-up fees.

4,) Unlimited colors for your event design; more colors, more impact!

5.) A comprehensive race recap posted on therundown.net that also can be submitted to ULTRARUNNING magazine. All race reports are written by experienced ultra runners who also are professional writers. Your race and its story will be promoted online and available to TRD’s growing readership year round. You can review TRD’s coverage by clicking on the below races.

2007 Mt. Dis 50/50 or  2009 PCT50 or  2010 Winter Trail Series

The Run Down race day recaps are geared to entertain and inform while recognizing front, middle and back-of-the-pack participants. Our coverage will promote and showcase your event in an entirely new light; RD referrals available upon request.

6.) Six (6) INKnBURN *Trophy Series tech shirts for men’s and women’s overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. These coveted shirts come packaged in a rustic wood crate with your logo and the winners’ names laser-burned directly into the wood. The custom tech shirt will have your race name, date, winner’s name and overall place on the sleeve. INKnBURN provides a customized photographic file of the wood crate for your web site to attract top runners. This is a one-of-a-kind item.

*Trophy shirt winners earn one-year access badge to the INKnBURN hospitality tent and RV at select events.

7.) Managed email newsletter format for professionally communicating with your entrants.  You supply the general verbiage and we add graphics, photos and manage the database to insure your message was received. Leona Divide 50 Miler and San Diego 100 examples are available upon request.

Of course, you don’t have to take advantage of the entire offer. You can always pick and choose what options work best for your event.

THE INKnBURN DIFFERENCE

I.) Depending on your location and INKnBURN’s level of participation and/or interest, we can send a Team INKnBURN runner, like 35-time ultramarathon winner Michelle Barton (right), to compete and take notes on your event. TRD ultramarathon runners/writers are also available depending on their racing and editorial schedule.

II.) INKnBURN has professional designers on staff to create, re-create or give your existing logo/graphic a face lift. Ultrarunners put a lot of stock in the race-day shirt and associated schwag. INKnBURN unique shirt designs are leading edge, meaning runners will wear them outside the event. Runners not in your race will want to buy a race day shirt. A great design is everything! Concentrate on the logistics  of your race and let INKnBURN do what we do best.

INKnBURN utilizes real artists combined with digital technology to create one-of-a-kind, full race tech shirts. INKnBURN is dedicated to the ultra/endurance world. The company designs, prints and manufactures performance shirts and fleece jackets exclusively for trail and ultrarunners. Your logo or design is printed or burned directly into the fabric, becoming one with the shirt (how Zen!). Unlike silk screening (evil), where paint covers and clogs the fabric, INKnBURN graphics add little weight, attract no heat and don’t wear off before a shirt is retired. And, unlike chemical-based screen printing, INKnBURN’s process is green friendly. You can feel the difference.

BORING DETAILS

-50 shirt order minimum.
-100 shirt minimum to qualify for the Trophy Series shirts and laser-burned wood crates.
-Shirts come with a stylish INKnBURN logo on the back bottom right.
-Dark, long-sleeve and two-sided shirts are subject to additional charges.
-20% deposit required with remainder due at pick-up or delivery.
